Allyson Felix

Allyson Michel Felix was born 18 November 1985 in Los Angeles. Paul Felix served as an ordinand within Sun Valley at Master's Seminary. Marlean Felix taught at Balboa Magnet. Felix showed an early aptitude to play sports while studying at Los Angeles Baptist High School. She discovered her sprinting potential at the at the time. Only 10 weeks after her first tryout she came 2nd in the 200 meters in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix completed her high school year in 2003 and became a part of Adidas an agreement as professional athlete. Following that, she enrolled at the University of Southern California studying elementary education. Felix was awarded her first Olympic medal at the 2004's Summer Olympics In Athens Greece. Felix ran 200 meters in 22.18s, setting an all-time junior world record. In 2005, the Helsinki World Championships saw her becoming the youngest female to win the 200 meter race. She defended the title by beating her Jamaican competitor Veronica Campbell. Felix always placed within the top three in her various competitions in the Olympics that took place at Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
